      Graduation Requirements

  • Completion of all course work.
  • Overall grade point average of 3.0 or better. {The students must obtain in each course a grade of ‘C’ or better; however, the student must obtain a grade of ‘B’ or better in the capstone course, BADM 610 Strategic Management.}
  • Pass the written comprehensive examination called the ‘Major Field Area Test for the MBA’ scoring in the 50th percentile or higher. {Note: Prospective graduates may take the written comprehensive examination MFAT after successful completion of 30 credit hours.}
  • Failure of the written comprehensive examination will require the student to pass a two-hour oral examination given by the Business Graduate Faculty. The oral examination must be taken within one semester following the failure of the written comprehensive examination. If the student fails this examination, the Graduate Faculty will decide which courses the student must repeat. After completion of these repeated courses, the student will be required to pass a written comprehensive examination.
