Mr. Bryson Borgstedt

Mr. Bryson Borgstedt is Artist-in-Residence and Director of Jazz Studies at Claflin University. His background includes a career in the United States Military Academy Band and Jazz Knights of West Point, New York. His resume includes an extensive list of national and international performance and recording experiences with artists such as Morton Gould, John Pizzarelli, Chris Vadala, Nancy Wilson, Bob Hope, Red Skelton, Redd Foxx, Bob Newhart, Milton Berle, The Spinners, The Temptations, Dave Ruffin, Brenda Lee, The Manhattans, and The Hudson Valley Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Borgstedt earned both a Bachelor’s and Master of Music degrees in Jazz Studies from the University of South Carolina.
