Admissions
Department of Philosophy and Religion offers two major programs leading to the following degrees: Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Philosophy:
Bachelors of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Philosophy
Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Religious Studies:
BA degree with a major of Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Religious Studies
The department also offers a minor in Philosophy and Religion.
This is an 18 semester hour minor for students majoring in other areas.
Admission Requirements
Freshman may not apply until after mid-term of the second semester of the freshman year.
Students may pick up application forms from the Department.
1.Students must have an average of “C” or a 2.0 GPA in their general education courses.
2.Students transferring from departments within the institution or from other institutions must also demonstrate an average of “C” or a 2.0 GPA in their general education courses.
