Capacity	– 148 / 4 floors
Room Style	– Single & double room suite to accommodate 3 to 4 persons
Bathroom	– One full bathroom per suite
Lighting	– Rooms are not equip with overhead lighting, students must bring desk lamp(s)
Heating/Cooling	– Thermostat control is located in the suite area
Furniture	– Computer desk w/hutch & chair, twin bed w/four drawers, four drawer chest and wardrobe for each resident, fully carpeted, suite area has couch, loveseat, end table, coffee table, and lamp
Computer Labs	– Computer lab on 2nd – 4th floors
Laundry	– Free laundry for residents only on each floor
Extras	– Study lounges on each floor, cable and telephone hookup, internet connection for each resident, snack machine on 1st floor, soda machines on 1st and 2nd floor, and elevator
Residents	– Honor’s College Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior
