CISCO Clean Access FAQ

No. The Cisco Clean Access Agent will only make sure that a valid anti-virus application is installed and updated, the Windows Operating System is fully patched and set to automatically download and install updates. No other information is monitored.
What else do I need to install besides Clean Access?
In addition to Clean Access, antivirus software must also be installed on all computers that plan to use the Claflin network. Clean Access ensures that computers on the network meet these requirements.
To enable Automatic updates do the following:
Right click My computer and select Properties.
Click the Automatic updates tab.
