Troubleshooting Guide

Ever wish you had a guide to help you resolve some of your computer problems?  Well now you do.  To help you become more self-reliant with technology, we have compiled a few basic troubleshooting steps to assist you in resolving computer problems.  Most of the problems can be resolved by doing a few simple steps.  It can be as easy as checking to make sure a cable is plugged in.  Please try using these quick tips to resolve your problems before contacting the helpdesk.  If these steps do not resolve the problem, please e-mail the helpdesk at helpdesk@claflin.edu or give us a call at 5SOS (5767).
