The FOCUS100 (Friends of Claflin University Students) Student Fund aims to increase visibility for the University while establishing a scholarship fund for Claflin students. The FOCUS100 Student Fund is designed to support the unanticipated needs of deserving students, and to stimulate family of students and alumni to help build scholarships. In addition, the FOCUS100 Student Fund hopes to cultivate new donors and develop a culture of support from friends, local businesses and vendors.

With every new subscription and renewal, the donor receives a FOCUS100 decal and recognition in the annual “Honor Roll of Donors” report published annually by Claflin University.

The Claflin University Board of Visitors, a distinguished group of committed supporters of the University, established the FOCUS100 Student Fund in the fall of 2004.

Promote a culture of support for Claflin University students by partnering with and encouraging the following groups to help fund scholarships for deserving students:

FOCUS100 will be a perpetual organization and over the years to come will be a primary source of funding and financial support for students in need.
