DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES The Department of Biology at Claflin University seeks to fill a 9-month tenure-track faculty position in the area of cancer research. In addition to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level, the candidate will be responsible for developing an independently fundable research program for undergraduate and masters’ level student training in the area of prostate and breast cancer, where minorities are disproportionately affected.

| QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences or related fields and a diverse and innovative teaching style is desirable. Rank is dependent upon level of experience.
