DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES The School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position of a Tissue Engineering/Developmental Biologist (TE/DB). Major responsibilities include daily instruction of courses in the undergraduate and graduate levels and developing an independently fundable research program for undergraduate and master’s level student training in TE/DB areas. The program curricula is assigned each semester in accordance with the course syllabi, administration of exams, monitoring of student attendance, submission of final grades and other duties normally associated with course instruction. In addition to teaching, this position requires ongoing compliance with the criteria for faculty performance in research and grantsmanship, faculty development, service to the University and the community, committee participation and other duties as assigned by administration.

| QUALIFICATIONS
Ph.D. is required in the appropriate discipline. Rank is dependent upon level of experience. The successful candidate must have relevant teaching experience at the college level; a commitment to maintaining a research program with undergraduate and student research assistants and must be able to provide direction and guidance to students, colleagues and customers.
