DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES |
The School of Education seeks an individual who will manage the performance assessment of the teacher education program. Responsibilities of this position include; managing the teacher education unit assessment system, evaluating assessment instruments for validity and reliability, compiling reports, and administering unit surveys to pre-education majors, candidates, recent graduates, and employers. Other duties include working closely with faculty and the professional education community on identifying performance measures that meet institution, state and professional standards for candidates in education and P-12 students. |
| QUALIFICATIONS |
Masters’ degree is required in education or related discipline. Doctorate is preferred. Previous experience in teacher education, research and evaluation or related field. |
