DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

The School of Business invites applications for a faculty position as Director of the MBA Program (half time) and faculty (half time). The selected individual will be responsible for program management, marketing and public relations, student recruiting, admissions, advising, budget management, scheduling, and program development. As faculty member that individual will teach business courses and conduct research in his/her area of specialization; and write grants. Other responsibilities include student advisement and serving on the University/School of Business Committees. The Director of MBA Program position is half time release during the academic year with full time summer responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA and a doctorate in a business discipline from an accredited institution are required. Prior college/university teaching and administrative experience.

SALARY:  Commensurate with experience
