DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES The Technical Specialist reports to the Dean of Enrollment Management. Responsible for collecting and entering academic/degree progressing data on all student athletes via designated NCAA website; compiling and completing reports on student athletes; updating substitution/course waiver forms; and auditing student’s transcripts. Conduct Jenzabar Registration Module training for new faculty/staff; generate reports using InfoMaker Configuration Program in Jenzabar; and provide assistance with the graduation audit process. Assist students with registration updates and perform other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the supervisor.

| QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred with two (2) years experience working with student records. The successful candidate must have excellent computer application skills to include: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, etc. The applicant must be able to communicate effectively and work with minimum supervision.
