Students are concerned about the price of books. I had to buy one book from the bookstore and guess how much it was? $195! That is a LOT of money for ONE book when I purchased four more books off the Internet for half that price! I'm sure many other students feel my pain.
Bookstore prices are ridiculously high at every university. As if tuition isn't high enough, who wants to pay $800 for books? We're college students! We're learning to get jobs that we don't have yet to be able to afford our books! Then we pay $300 for a book and can only get $25 for it at the end of the semester. Give me a break.
There has to be something that can be done about this. If we don't say something now, we'll end up forfeiting mortgage payments to pay for our future children's books.
