Remember the Candy Crush craze? The Ruzzle frenzy? Well now we're on to Flappy Birds.
Flappy Birds was recently the new App Store epidemic as people spent day in and day out trying to get that bird between those pipes. Some got fed up with the game due to it's difficulty, some gave it another attempt as their best scores skyrocketed to the top.
Flappy Birds was originally released for iPhones in May 2013 but became strangely popular in mid-January 2014. The game was just removed from the App Store because the creator Dong Nguyen "couldn't take it anymore."
The game became a little TOO successful for his liking. Cell phones that already have Flappy Birds downloaded are being sold on eBay for $10,000! Is it really that serious?
Flappy Birds has clearly become one for the history books. This game was like the quiet before the storm. You would start off content and ready to play and quickly become frustrated and ready to throw your phone at the nearest wall. I guess we just have to wait and see what happens and if Flappy Birds is really worth $10,000.
