CAMPUS LIFE: Midterms: Is time flying or what?

It's about that time of the year again. One of the most nerve-wracking times for college students is rapidly approaching: MIDTERMS! Students usually panic, become overwhelmed, and are under lots of pressure when professors mention the word: "exam." Don't worry! Here are some great tips to help you prepare for your big week.

Tip #1: Give yourself enough time to study. Don't thrive on last-minute cramming.

Tip #2: Organize your study space. Spread your textbooks and notes out. Try to get rid of ALL distractions!

Tip #3: Don't be afraid of using flashcards.

Tip #4: Practice on old exams. Use previous tests to study by.

Tip #5: Highlight areas where you need more work.

Tip #6: Organize study groups with friends.

Tip #7: Take regular breaks. Don't stretch yourself thin!

Tip #8: Eat a good hearty breakfast! Get your brain flowing on exam day!
