As college students, we often see ourselves putting on a few pounds, so we decide to diet. If you reside on campus, that's almost impossible! We're pretty much restricted to whatever food the cafe has to offer, which isn't very healthy and nutritious or even tasty at that.
Residence halls don't have stoves, so it's not like we can cook our own healthy meals, so we end up right back to where the problem began, fast-food restaurants.
It's quick to fix, easy to get and it's cheap. That's a college student's dream.
The big question is, what do we do about getting on a diet and STAYING on one?
We can't starve ourselves, so we resort to eating the foods that got us into the predicament in the first place. The salad bar in the cafe will get really old, really quick, which is why we slowly but surely find ourselves in the burgers-and-fries line. We need help!
