CAMPUS LIFE: News flash! Classes still being held

Apr 08, 2014

The Panther

When the sun comes out, more people come out. The campus is more alive than it has been all semester long.

People that I've never seen before are appearing in the cafe, at meltdowns, sitting on the benches on the yard, etc.

Although there are more people leisurely walking around campus, there are less people in classes. Classes are getting smaller.

Does the heat keep students away from the classroom, or is it the many festivities occurring on campus that they'd rather attend?

Whatever it is, students need to realize that attending class is the No. 1 priority. Assignments are still being given and must be completed.

The number of activities on campus may be increasing, but the attendance percentage, along with some students' grades, is decreasing. There is less than a month left in the semester. Panthers, it's CRUNCH TIME!!
