  Confidential Statement Form is used on honorable dismissal from previously attendant colleges.
•   Tentative Schedule Form Is used by students to list all of the courses he/she plans to take next term and to get it approved by his/her adviser before registration
•   Add & Drop Form  
  Is used when a student wants to add or drop courses to their schedules, or change sections of a course to arrive at a workable schedule.
•   Course Overload Form
  Is used when a student is taking more than 19 hours of course work during a term.
•   Course Override form
  is used when a student is seeking approval to get in a class that has reached its enrollment capacity.
•   Withdrawal Form
  Withdrawal Statement  is used when a student has completed the registration process but needs to withdraw from all classes and leave the university before the term ends
