Plan a Visit
Would you like to have the “Claflin” experience by taking a guided tour or maybe even sitting in on a class? Well, you are more than welcome to visit our campus and have someone in the Admissions Office or a student as your tour guide. We welcome our prospective students, their families, and groups to visit our campus when it best fits your schedule during the week. Campus visits are designed give you a snapshot of what Claflin University has to offer,
- Meet Admissions representative who will share who we are and where we are headed.
- one-hour walking tour of our campus which will be led by a Student Tour Guide Association Member.
- Meet with an Admissions Counselor to discuss the application process and learn how Claflin can be affordable for you.
Information sessions and campus tours begin at the Office of Admissions which is located in Tingley Memorial Hall in the center of campus. Walking tours of the campus generally include passage through our 43-acres and historical landmarks. The tours also include entry into the academic buildings, the Campus Center, the library, and the University Chapel. For the safety and privacy of our students, walking tours are not always permitted inside of the residential space of the residence halls.
