The works, "March Mysterioso for Four Timpani", "Eleven Etudes of Expression for Tuba" and "Amazing Transformations for Trumpet and Piano", bring to 14 the number of pieces Dr. Molineux has had published. According to Dr. Molineux, the most popular of his compositions is "Eleven Etudes." In recent years the piece has been played at the First Annual New Music Festival at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and at the 2005 Society of Composers Region V Conference at Butler University in Indiana. Dr. Molineux said he is especially optimistic about his "Amzaing Transformations" as it is a set of variations based on the familiar hymn tune "Amazing Grace" which should appeal to a wide number of players and audiences and is appropriate both for recitals and church services. In addition, Dr. Molineux has created alternative accompaniments for orchestra and for band in addition to the original piano version.
