Pantherettes Too Much for Lady Hornets

 

Claflin University defeated Morris College in three straight games (30-21, 30-13, 30-22) in volleyball action on Thursday evening.

 

The Lady Hornets were led by April Drakeford with a game high 14 kills, as Christina McFadden added 10 assist.

 

Sheena Johnson contributed 32 assists and 9 digs both game highs, and Jasmin Kirton had 9 kills to lead the Pantherette attack.

 

The Pantherettes will travel to Jacksonville FL, on Saturday to battle Edward Waters College. Game time is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
