Denmark, SC- Down by 12 points late in the second half, Claflin rallied to defeat the Lady Tigers of Voorhees College 50-47. The rally was spearheaded by timely shooting by, Latoya Savage, Jayshaun Bailey, Ashley Sorrell-Gibson, and Brittany Woods.

 

 

 

 

Ashley Sorrell-Gibson led the Pantherettes with 15 points. Brittany Woods had 13 points, and Shontavia Bladen added 8 points.

 

Voorhees was led by Tammy Harbin with 15 points, and LaShonda Byner with 10 points.

 

 

 

The Pantherettes travel to Wilberforce Ohio, on Saturday, to take on Central State University, at 3:00 p.m.
