Claflin Takes Two From Voorhees

7-2 and 25-11

Denmark, SC- Claflin University (12-15) defeated Voorhees College, in both games of a baseball double-header, 7-2 in the first game and 25-11 in the second.

Patrick McDonald was the winning pitcher for Claflin in the first game. Brandon Moody 2-3, Ryan Steen, Patrick McDonald, and Raphael Outler went 2-4, to lead the Panther offense.

In the second game, Delwynn Patterson picked up the win for the Panthers. Claflin was paced at the plate by, Reggie Taylor going 4-4. While Patrick McDonald and Ryan Steen were 4-5, for the Panthers.

The Panther will be in action on Friday, as they travel to Raleigh, NC, to take on the Bears of Shaw University at 1:00 p.m.
