Procurement Office

Claflin University's Procurement Office is under the umbrella of the University's Auxiliary Services, Division of Administration.

Its main role is to ensure that the acquisition of goods, services or works from any outside sources are appropriate and procured at the best possible cost to meet the needs of Claflin University in terms of quality and quantity, time and location. The Procurement Office's policies, as outlined in its Procurement of Goods and Services Manual (see below), are intended to promote fair and open competition for the University's business while minimizing Claflin's exposure to fraud and collusion.
