Paste the link your QR code should open and the code is created for you, with the Claflin cupola in the center. You can also keep the supplied QR image or choose a PNG, JPG, or WebP of your own code, up to 4 MB.

The back keeps the “Support Claflin Today” message. Choose a code that fits that message, then scan it to confirm its destination.
Your entries, QR link, and QR image stay in this browser and may be remembered on this device. They are not submitted to the University. On a shared device, select Reset when finished.
How to use the generator
Prepare Your Card for Print.
The PDF contains two pages, one per side, at a 3.5 × 2-inch trim size. Confirm your printer’s bleed, crop mark, paper, and file requirements before submitting a print order.
Enter Your Details
Replace every sample field with your official name, credentials, title, department, Claflin email, office phone, website, and mailing address. Changes appear in the preview as you type.
Review Both Sides
Check spelling and line breaks on the back. Shorten long titles or department names if needed. Paste the link your QR code should open, or keep the supplied QR image or choose your own. Scan the code with a phone to verify the destination.
Print or Save
Select Download Word for an editable Word version of your card, or Print / Save PDF for a print-ready file. For the PDF, choose Save as PDF or a printer, set scale to 100% or Actual Size, use no margins, turn off headers and footers, and enable background graphics. Check that the preview shows only two card-size pages before saving. Browser options vary; a desktop browser is recommended.
