CAREER PATHWAYS PROGRAM AT CLAFLIN UNIVERSITY

The Carolina Cluster Career Pathways Program is a consortium of three core Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in South Carolina:  Benedict College, Claflin University, and Voorhees College.  Funded by UNCF® and the Lilly Endowment, Inc., the Carolina Cluster is determined to change the status quo model of preparing students for success by helping students complete their degrees with valuable workforce competencies.

The newly designed Career Pathways Program presents an exciting opportunity to build upon Claflin University’s tradition of delivering high quality educational experiences.   The Career Pathways Program will impact student preparation for the workforce and graduate/professional schools by helping them develop 21st century workforce competencies through:

Curricula Enhancements,
Experiential Learning Programs,
Guided Career Pathways
