Dr. Damon Brown Crawford

Biography
Dr. Brown-Crawford serves as assistant visiting professor of management in the School of Business. He teaches leadership and management courses developing students to engage organizations with a strong leadership and business acumen. Prior to becoming a part of the Claflin University faculty, he worked in various positions, such as assistant Operations Director, Director of Leadership development, internship curriculum coordinator at Chick-fil-A Orangeburg. Dr. Damon is also a previous business owner in the community of Orangeburg.
Dr. Brown-Crawford received an associate and bachelor degree in Culinary Management from The Art Institute of Charleston, a bachelor, masters and doctorate degree in biblical studies from The Heart Beat of the City Seminary. He also obtained a masters of business administration (MBA), degree from Claflin University and a (DBA), doctorate of business administration from liberty University.

Research Interests
Dr. Brown-Crawford focuses on researching the stress factors behind dysfunctional leadership and engaging the core factors that initiates change in organizations and the corporate sector. Building people to build leaders and researching the enhancement of management implications turning failing companies into success and profitability.
