Features

Description

Features allow key content to be highlighted through the use of small images, titles, short descriptions and buttons. Features can also be used without images. A good example of the use of features is to highlight key alumni and giving events in the Alumni section or features can also be used for presenting people such as the president's team.

This component is designed to be used in the main content area of the two column templates.

Adding and Editing

1. At the bottom of the content block editor, select the HTML option
2. Copy and paste the code template below into the editor
   <div class="spotlight">
     <div class="media">[image]</div>
     <div class="desc">
       <div class="title">[title]</div>
       <p>[description]</p>
       <a href="#">[link text]</a>
     </div>
   </div>
3. If you do not want to output an image, copy and paste the code template below into the editor
   <div class="spotlight">
     <div class="desc">
       <div class="title">[title]</div>
       <p>[description]</p>
       <a href="#">[link text]</a>
     </div>
   </div>
4. Click the Design option to switch back to the Design editor
5. Replace/remove the content as necessary
6. For the version with an image, highlight the link and link the item, then select A: Button Red Arrow from the Apply CSS menu in the editor toolbar
7. For the version without an image, highlight the link and link the item, then select A: Button Arrow More from the Apply CSS menu in the editor toolbar
8. Repeat for as many items as you'd like to display
