Commencement Rehearsal

Jonas T. Kennedy Health and Wellness Complex
A mandatory rehearsal for all graduates will be held on Thursday, December 11, at 10:00 a.m. in the Jonas T. Kennedy Health and Wellness Complex. Graduates should arrive on time and follow the directions of event staff.

Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive together to ensure they are seated together. Parking is limited, and a host or hostess will assist in guiding guests to their seats.

Graduate Arrival Instructions
Friday, December 12 • Be in place by 8:00 a.m.
Graduates must arrive and be in position by 8:00 a.m.
Please enter through the side entrance located on Clark Street (for Commencement Day) or the Annex side entrance at the rear (for rehearsal day).
Graduates will gather in the Auxiliary Gym of the Health and Wellness Complex.
Parking for graduates is available in the gravel lot, which provides the closest access to the designated entrance.
Guest Arrival Instructions
Friday, December 12 • Doors open at 8:00 a.m.
Each graduate may have seven guests, and all guests may enter the venue beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Guests should enter through the front entrance on Magnolia Street.
Parking is available in the lot located on the Magnolia Street side of the complex.
Guests are encouraged to arrive together to ensure group seating.
Commencement Convocation
Friday, December 12 • 10:00 a.m.
Jonas T. Kennedy Health and Wellness Complex
The Commencement Convocation begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. Guests should be seated no later than 9:45 a.m.
