Pennsheila Griffin, '19, and Stephon Clunis, '19, were selected as the recipients of The Good Paid Forward Scholarship, presented by Claflin Alumna and Cosmopolitan Creations, LLC Owner, Marshaé Smith, '17 (left). The scholarship's focus is on the importance of HBCUs, visionary leadership, spreading acts of kindness and more. In addition to providing financial assistance, Smith is committed to remaining connected to the Good Paid Forward Scholars to provide ongoing mentorship and coaching throughout their college matriculation, just as her mentors did for her.
